The Preserve at Mountain Creek is a 175.99 acre parcel of land which has been rezoned to allow for the development of 200 single family homes. The development plan for The Preserve at Mountain Creek is designed to maintain a substantial portion of the existing natural elements of the property, including a stream, existing pond, and natural vegetation. The Preserve at Mountain Creek will maintain almost 60 acres of open space, which is will in excess of the open space requirements for this development.
Town Square on Glenn Abby
Town Square on Glenn Abby is a mixed-use development project for a 37.85 acre assemblage of property. The property has been rezoned to allow a mix of uses including rental apartments, townhomes, and commercial uses such as restaurants and retail, and a civic park and amphitheater. Town Square on Glenn Abby is the product of a collaboration between TDON Development and the Town of Pendergrass to bring the Town’s vision for the future of its community to fruition.
